looks so YUMMY and your snow white pic and description etc fits me as well so not a morning person lol cracked me up... thanks for sharign and making me smile this morning!

Do they reheat well after being frozen? How do you usually reheat them? This looks fabulous and perfect for a busy college student with a tiny kitchen! Thanks!

I froze mine and they popped them in the microwave for about 20 seconds and then checked them. It was really fast that they cooked and the kids loved them.

Can they be froze and then thawed out and rebaked to give a crispiness to them again?

Awesome, thanks! :)

I love this idea! Thanks! (found on pinterest)

Came across on pinterest!

I will be making them & let you know what my kiddo's thought!

Leah =)

I am going to make these for a brunch I have on Friday, but I am going to use sausage. These look so good, can't wait to try them. Thanks!

Amber

i can't wait to try these!!!!

Put this on my menu plan for this week...it looks really good :)

I am really excited to try these! My husband is going to love them and I love that you can freeze them. I try to make breakfast every morning, but sometimes it just doesn't happen! Thanks so much for posting this!!

Hope they worked! I never have time either!

Tosha, I know what you mean. It is nice to have a quick heat up breakfast when things just haven't gone the way you wanted them too! Glad you like the recipe. Thanks!

These are really good! I found them on pinterest:) I made the eggs, bacon and hashbrowns last night and then this morning I put them in the biscuits and baked them! Thanks for the super easy recipe!

Liz, I'm so glad you like them. They are super easy and great to freeze. I need to make another freezer batch because we ate them all!

cant wait to eat these. were doing them for a breakfast dinner. sure my family will love em and if so im gonna make a bunch to freeze for breakfast! thanks!

Thanks for this post! I made them this morning, but made a lighter version. Now I wont feel as guilty when I pull when out of the fridge :)

Please share your lighter version with us ??

These look wonderful! Would you be willing to share your gravy recipe as well? That looks delicious too!! :)

This is a brilliant idea! I'm a vegetarian and can see adding veggie sausage instead of bacon, or using mostly egg whites and low fat cheese for a slightly healthier version. Thanks for sharing!

1. how do you reheat these

2. do these freeze well?

Yes, they do freeze well. Roll it up in a paper towel and put in for about 20 seconds and check. Depending on your microwave maybe a little longer.

Holy cow! I just made these for my family and they went like hot cakes. I made the scrambled eggs from my Decepyively Delicious recipe book (cauliflower purée, sour cream, parm cheese, eggs), then followed your directions. My 2 1/2 and 6 1/2 year old LOVES them! Thank for this super easy and not messy to eat recipe!

Stephanie, that is the great thing about these is you can make them to whatever you like. Glad you like them.

Amanda, I know what you mean! They go so fast, happy your kids loved them.

Just made these and they are wonderful! They came out exactly as described. I used a piece of colby jack cheese, eggs and veggie sausage inside. After 8 minutes they were golden and perfect. Thanks for the great idea. I will be making and freezing plenty of these!

Made these for a mother's day brunch for 14 people. They were so easy and a huge hit!! Thanks!

I am not a morning person either so these will be great. I am retired now so sometimes I am up until 12:30 or 1:00 a.m.. Thanks for the recipe and idea.

I am actually making these right now! But I used frozen rolls, and instead of breakfast ingredients, I used dinner ingredients like; shredded chicken, corn, cheese, and chopped onion. Hope they turn out, thanks for the idea! :)

What all did you use and did it turn out?

I made these last night and they were awesome! It was so easy to make and I like the flexibility of being able to alter the ingredients so easily. I skipped the bacon and hash browns, but cooked my eggs with sauteed spinach, ham, tomato and onions. I also used some gouda that I had in the fridge, cut up in small chunks.

By the way, if you whisk four large eggs (set aside about a tablespoon and a half for glazing) you can get away with just one can of 8 biscuits.

Thanks for the great idea! I will be repeating this with all kinds of goodies for brunches and potlucks :)

These look wonderful! Printed and in my camping recipe binder. LOVE IT!!

I am at home recovering from Surgery, and CAN NOT GET OFF your site. Everytime I find one recipe I like, I see 2 more. Thank you so much for loving to blog, and sharing your life with us! Katie

Katie, that was so nice of you to say. I really appreciate it. I hope you are doing well recovering from your surgery. Thanks so much for your comment.

I just made these and they are amazing! I only ate one and am freezing the rest for breakfast before work this upcoming week. I only had the large container of 8 buttermilk biscuits, so I used that instead. Even though there were less, each \"bubble\" was a little larger and more stuffed. However, I still found that only about 4 scrambled eggs and a little less bacon was needed to fill them all. I look forward to a great breakfast the rest of the week!

I haven't even made these yet, and I'm already addicted! I can't wait to make a bazillion variations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Hey Dori! since you like the pico and avocado... have you tried making them with chorizo sausage and jack cheese? I think they'd be awesome!

These look delicious. May try them soon. I may change what I put inside of them, though.

Just found these on Pinterest. Since they can be frozen, they would be great for camping. Thanks!!

These are SOOOO Good!!! I did Bacon, Egg and Cheese, B.C.E and Green pepper and onions. Then I got tired of looking at those ingredients so I heavily buttered, sugared and cinnamoned (don't think that's a word) and rolled up some. THEN I added butter, sugar and frozen blueberries to others. GOOOOOOD!!! I will make those def for Breakfast for company and drizzle with a glaze. Thank you so much for posting these!!!!

THese look Great! Dori, I know what you mean about not being a morning person. I'm not either and my husband AND daughter leave for work at 4:30 every morning!!!!! so I am always looking for different recipes that they can just heat and take with them. THese are definitely going in my breakfast rotation! thanks!

My mouth is watering from looking at these!! I can't use the canned dough due to gluten allergies and preservatives, etc.. so does anyone know of a gluten free \"clean\" dough recipe I could use? Thanks in advance!

Going grocery shopping now! Can't wait to make a batch or three! LOL, I work nights and sometimes..... it's all you can do to get out the door on timre! Can't wait to shsare with my mother and co-workers! Thank you very much! ~ Kim

I would love to make these for a large group but is it recommended to maybe make up ahead of time like the day before and bake them the next morning? They look so good and I can't wait to try them. Thank you for sharing!!

Ohhh! I want to make these for breakfast tomorrow! Thanks for sharing.

These look delicious. One question- should the hash browns be thawed out first? Or cooked at all? Or do they just get wrapped up while still frozen?

Hash browns are explained in the recipe

is there a way to print this recipe?

Make some fruit filled ones with A little cinnamon sugar on top!

love love love these. so easy to make. and delicious.

I cant wait to try these. Im also going to try a few with sausage, tomato sauce and mozzarella..then a few with ham, cheese, and tomato sauce for some lunch ones. What do you think?

oh my goodness, so so so delicious ! i am going to make a bunch of these for school and freeze . they reheat awesome ! thank you for the recipe !

I made these this morning for my boys' lunches (and breakfast for me & my husband.) So easy and yummy! I can't wait to try different filling ingredients!

These are great. I have to make more for freezing before school starts. You can also use crescent rolls. If you cut up the bacon before frying into smaller pieces, it fries up faster and you don't have to crumble it. I use scissors. Open the package of bacon and just start cutting 1/4 slices off the end. If I only need a bit of bacon, I just snipe away until I have what I need and slide the rest back into the package.

Love, Love, Love this idea! I used sausage because its what I had on hand and they still turned out great. My husband and his friends ate all the ones I had planned on freezing for myself!

Has anyone made their own homemade biscuit dough to use in this recipe? If so could you please share it with me? The only biscuits I know how to make are too crumbly for this but it looks great!

Frozen dinner rolls work too, and they aren't as greasy as the biscuits so they stick together better. You do need to grease the cooking sheet though. Homemade bread dough works too, obviously, but takes longer. I grew up knowing these as \"bieroks\", made with potato bread dough, filled with ground beef, cabbage, and onion spiced with black pepper, allspice, and ginger. For homemade dough, roll out and fill after the first rising, then let the filled biscuits rise 2nd time (15-20 min?) while sitting on the sheet.

I made these today. I made a half-recipe -- only had one refrigerator biscuit thingy (and it was the larger size) -- which btw, was Open Nature which is I think the Safeway organic brand -- at any rate, it had ingredients that I could pronounce unlike Pillsbury.

However, I had a ton of left over filling especially of the hash browns -- are there smaller sizes of hash browns etc etc? Three eggs was too many, as was the 9 slices of bacon. It made for a yummy lunch/second breakfast, but is it possible for you to share actual quantities?

Oh man...I've been having yogurt and granola every morning because I am NOT a morning person, and I have to get up anywhere from 4:30-6am for school. These are a great idea, thank you! :)

I think these would be great for hubby and sons to take to the deer camp!

Oh my goodness these look fantastic!! I am adding them to my recipes to try list :)

Here is my post I put up on on one good thing - Just a new baby blog so please pin or like on FB if you like it :) Much love!

Amazing recipe! Just finished making them! 3 each filled us up! Now we have 20 to freeze! They came out just like your picture! Thanks so much for the great recipe!

Just made 40 of these babies... isn't necessary to double the eggs- I made a dozen and had quite a bit left over. Probably 8 eggs would have done it. Did okay with a pound of bacon, half a large bag of hashbrowns and about 2-3 cups of cheese. I used pre-shredded but next time I will use \"fancy\" pre-shredded. The big shreds kinda got in the way. Taking these camping. Hopefully friend and family will LOVE.

OMG!! I am eating these lovely creations right now!! *licks fingers so I can type* You are the best!!

Why is it that when I am gungho for a new diet (ok, ordered by my doctor) something like this comes along and I have to now try and figure out the calories and all that 'fun' stuff.....oh Wait!!!!!! I can have these for my 'treat' days!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN NOT WAIT!!!!!!

What a great idea, I am going to try these for my daughter who is up and gone for college by 5 am and has not time to cook breakfast she can take these on the go! Thanks for the great idea!

how many eggs did you cook up for the insides of the biscuits?

Made these for my husband today for breakfast. they were good!!!! Can't wait to do sausage instead of bacon next time...

Looks like a really cool idea, kind of like a Chinese steam bun but breakfast style. I have to experiment with this one! How long can you freeze them?? I can imagine spending an entire day making several different types and freezing them for a month supply of breakfast.

Needed a make ahead dish for Church on Sunday. This is what I'm bringing for the breakfast.

I made a recipe similar to this except it had a meatball inside & they came out pretty good so I wanted to try these.. i was a little disappointed, I'm not sure what I did wrong. I know I might have overbaked them just a little but it tasted funny when re-heated them especially the biscuit part. I used deli ham instead of bacon and I didn't use any hashbrowns. Just ham, scrambled eggs and cheese. My daughter had one and she didn't really like it too much either. It took at least a minute to heat up in the microwave so the texture wasn't too good once it was re-heated.

I am in the process of making these now! I can't wait to try them..they look yummy!! We are going to put bacon gravy over them!!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Wow! This recipe is just what I've been looking for! I plan on experimenting at home to allow me the time needed to concoct a variation that will WOW the small group I'll be catering to soon. I can't wait to try it! Thank you for this!

These look delicious. Thanks so much for posting the recipe.

This has Thanksgiving Leftovers written all over it...I'm going to stuff mine with turkey, dressing, potatoes and corn casserole...and some gravy inside! I'm guessing YUMMY is in store tonight!

I've been making a biscuit \"cup\" variation of this for years. Instead of closing them up, press the biscuit down into a muffin pan creating a cup. Then you can fill them with endless variations like this recipe! The teens love barbecue ground beef topped with cheese, beef with taco seasoning topped with cheese and served with a taco salad, shredded chicken in cream of mushroom soup, barbecue pork topped with coleslaw. I usually can't make enough of these lol

We just made 8 biscuit roll containers and make TONS of these breakfast packages for my hungry 4 kids!! Thank you soooo much for this idea!!

Soooo, where's your recipe for the gravy?

These look great and I bet my daughter Dori is gonna love them.. Thanks!

Thank you for posting your recipe! I made them this morning but I had to find a recipe for the biscuits so it took me a little longer, but worth the time and effort!!! Happy New Year! Rhonda

Ok, mine looked beautiful on top but the dough was raw and soggy in the bottom. I just flipped them over and put them back in the oven to try and firm up the underside. Has this ever happened to you?

I made my dough really flat before filling, and then put them on the lower rack of the oven so the bottoms cooked a bit hotter. They came out golden on both sides.

I am making these tonight for me and my husband to both take to work for a qucik breakfast. He is a firefighter and all the guys at the station love them! Such a great idea!!!!!!

I made the egg mixture all together....now my husband is putting them in the biscuits...he is really helping today!

These were good! I flattened mine out a LOT, otherwise too much bisquit compared to filling. I did not do the egg wash on top & they were perfectly golden. I froze the left overs, but I froze them first on a sheet tray for ~1 hour & then put them in a food-saver (vacuum packed bag) so they would not be crushed. Great recipe, thanks!!

Can I use homemade pizza dough instead? Or maybe bisquick?

Thanks Dori. I look forward to trying these. Have a blessed day!!

How do you re-heat them, especially if they're frozen?

I made these...have some frozen.... would like to reheat but... Microwave? Oven? What's best???

I can't wait to try these tomorrow morning for my family, especially my picky 6 year old! Do you thaw them before reheating?

Has anyone taken them camping? How would you reheat them at camp?

Sounds sooo good thank you for sharing. Gonna click a link to give you credit!! :)

Some of my friends and I are going out of town for the day here soon and they are all staying at my apartment the night before. I would love to make these for them for breakfast but don't want to do the whole preparation that morning. Is it possible to put the ingredients in the dough the night before and then put them in the fridge so all I have to do the next morning is pop them in the oven?

I was thinkingng of putting chorizo and cheese in mine!

Dori, this is a great idea...I will make these and put leftovers in the freezer for \"breakfast-on-the-run\".....thanks for sharing!!

Just made these for breakfast and used 8 grands biscuits. Big fat breakfast boulders. They are delish. Thanks for the creative idea. My family is sold.

Tried these today and it was great! My whole family loved these! Definitely a new favorite Thanks a bunch!

I made these for breakfast yesterday and they were amazing!

do you know that http://www.guidekitchen.com/2013/11/stuffed-breakfast-bubble-biscuits.html is using this blog post?

Stuffed Breakfast Bubble Biscuits

I don't know about you but I am NOT a morning person. Someone always wakes up about 6:00am and I usually drag myself out of bed around 7:00 (not by choice). Then all the questions start before my head even clears. Where's the brush? Where's my Shoes? Do Dinosaurs have toenails? What is 9 X 72 (Oh I hate that one) and What's for Breakfast? I can't even function and they want Breakfast?! and that is how the Stuffed Breakfast Bubble Biscuits came to life.

This is me in the morning (except for I'm not a man and I usually don't have a flower)

I have been on kind of a Biscuit kick lately because there are so many great ideas! Pizza, Meatballs and now Breakfast. I don't want my kids to just eat cereal every day. I try to give them same variation. The wheels started turning in my head and this is what I came up with. The Stuffed Breakfast Bubble Biscuits (say that 10 times fast) are stuffed with Hash Browns, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs and Cheese tucked nicely inside a Biscuit! The best part is I made them not the grocery store. They really are good, filling, easy and you can freeze them.

Here are the items you will need for the \"basic\" Stuffed Breakfast Bubble Biscuits. I say basic because this is just a base and there are several things you can do with these. I am giving you a picture tutorial on how to make these (with my wonderful new camera).

Ingredients

Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits - I used 2 1/2 cans out of a small 4 pack

Cook your bacon until crisp so it will break easily into pieces. Cook your Hash Browns.

Cook the eggs and have the shredded cheese ready.

Stretch out one of the biscuits, don't be afraid. Make them flatter and bigger about 2 1/2 to 3 inches side to side.

Put a little bit of Hash Browns, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs and Cheese on top.

Grab the sides and start pulling them to the top and then pinch to close. Don't be afraid to pull out those sides and up.

Turn pinched side down on a greased pan. Beat one egg and add a Tablespoon of water. Brush tops of Biscuits with egg to give it a nice brown to it. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Every oven varies so I would check at 8 and if they aren't brown yet wait and check again until they are done.

Tasty Tasty. Mmmmmmmmmmm

This is the best part! You can dress them up with different things. I chose to make gravy for my husband who LOVES Biscuits and Gravy. Topped it with the leftover crumbs.

For me, I LOVE Pico De Gallo on Breakfast Burritos with Avocado so this was Heaven.

The leftovers were put in a storage bag and in the freezer they went.

Now I have a great morning treat for our family when we are in a hurry (because I woke up too late) and they need something they can heat up quick and it is still filling and much better for them then the frozen and store bought items. You can eat them plain, with gravy, dip them in Syrup if you like that kind of thing ,etc. You get idea. Either way they are great and I hope you enjoy the recipe. I would also love to hear your thoughts on these.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
