Lemon Butter Grilled Steaks

All of your recipes look so gosh darn yummy!! I want to try this recipe, but was wondering if you could suggest creole seasonings? I tried Tony’s and it made my last dish way too salty. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks and keep the recipes coming!

Hello Tia, Tony’s can be salty. Try Korinko or Slap Ya Mama. Also, Emeril makes seasoning as well.

It’s grilling time and I am super excited to share with you my favorite way to eat steak!

My Lemon Butter Grilled Steaks are the best buttery, lemony steaks you’ll ever taste!

You can’t go wrong when you add lemon and butter to pretty much any foods!

What I love about these steaks is that it’s another super simple dish to prepare but packs so much flavor.

Not only are you grilling the steaks, you’ll also broil them at the end just for a few minutes to somewhat brown the butter on top of them.

I’m telling y’all this steak is beyond delicious!

First, take rib eye or sirloin steak.

Coat the steak in lots of extra virgin olive oil.

After the olive oil we’re going to load the steaks up with our spice rub of creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and chili powder.

Next, pour lemon juice, zest, red wine vinegar and chopped garlic over steaks.

Cover the steaks with saran wrap and place in the fridge for about 2 hours or overnight if you have time.

The longer you marinate the steaks the better!

Lastly, remove the steaks from the fridge and bring to room temperature while you prep your grill.

Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side.

Remove from grill and place onto an oven proof sheet.

Pour all that melted butter over your steaks and broil for about 3-4 minutes per side.

The butter will sizzle on the steaks and semi turn into brown butter.

Don’t forget to baste the steaks with more butter before serving.

Enjoy!
