Happy National Pulled Pork Day!
Here's a fun recipe perfect for Pulled Pork Day, Taco Tuesday, Game Day, you name it!
These Southern Style Barbecue Pulled Pork Tacos are made with a few flavorful ingredients and are a fun mash up of my favorite Mexican and Southern foods!
Makes 12 tacos
Prepare the pulled pork in the Crock-Pot according to my easy recipe here.
Mix up a batch of coleslaw. Check out my sweet slaw recipe here.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for a few seconds each.
Then add a tbsp or two of barbecue sauce in the center of each tortilla.
Then add a few scoops of pulled pork and top with crunchy coleslaw!
Serve 3 per person with Southern sides like baked beans and creamed corn.

I am partial to sweet sauces like Sweet Baby Ray's brand or Sonny's BBQ.
