I would eat this. I would keep eating it until I exploded.
TURKEY CRUST ON THE BOTTOM PLEASE!
That looks so delicious that it should be ILLEGAL
It looks like barf pie.
Just don't be going to the Stew's in Yonkers if you're looking for this pie. According to their Facebook post, it's only available in their Norwalk and Newington CT locations.
This is the perfect idea if you don't have a huge space to lay out a giant Thanksgiving spread: put everything into one pie! Stew Leonard's (you can find one of these truly magical grocery stores in Yonkers) recently posted a photo of their Thanksgiving Dinner Pie, which contains turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and gravy. And if you can't get over there to buy one, there's no reason you can't make one of these at home—it would even be the perfect way to prepare your leftovers.
Here's a shepherd's pie version and a pot pie version... but why not go traditional pie like Stew's did? Simply make your favorite pie crust from scratch (add some savory herbs to the dough while you're at it), then add the already cooked items from your dinner (don't forget a layer of mashed potatoes at the bottom) and bake it up. Be sure to leave some gravy to pour over it once you've plated your slice
