Using the same Spode plates from last year, I created a new look, simply by using new plaid napkins.

Beautiful Christmas tablescape. I still have the 30 topiary forms from my daughter's wedding. I've loaned them for other weddings, and I still use some of them occasionally. I think that you'll use those gorgeous bark candleholders often. I love the Spode pattern and it looks delicious on the Bordallo Pinheiro charger. Thank you for inviting us for a peak at your celebration table. Cherry Kay

*** It's CHARMING, Delores! CONGRATS too, to the newlyweds!!! All KINDS of \"good things\" are in store for y'all, I'm sure!!!

What a gorgeous table setting! And how nice to have newlyweds joining the party! Love the plaid napkins and the succulent wreaths - lucky receiver of them!

What a truly lovely table.. I love the plaid napkins on the table. Perfect. Especially with the hydrangeas and the succulents. They are fabulous pieces! The Bordallo plates with the spode are so refreshing and interesting together. Great great table.. Dinner sounds good too. A perfect setting for you family.. Thanks so much for sharing.. I gather so many ideas from your blog. xo marlis

Wonderful blog.

Greetings from Poland and Happy New Year !

That tablescape is picture perfect and GORGEOUS!! Who wouldn't feel like a king or queen sitting at a table like that.....fabulous!

Beautiful tablescapes!

Kris

Hi D! It is hard to pick a favorite, every single one has your signature touch. I love that I can tell a Delores tablescape. You never copy you always go with what feels right to YOU!! If I had to pick it would be dinner for two in front of the fireplace where I could sit across from my hubby. I am not sure I could get up once I got down, but with good food and a fire I would not mind staying, xo Kathysue

Using the same Spode plates from last year, I created a new look, simply by using new plaid napkins. My vintage red and green glasses are a constant, especially at Christmas.

They're like jewels on the table!

More sparkle came from Grandma's sterling silver which I am honored to have received and pass down.

It only made sense to recycle the wedding centerpieces into the Christmas table centerpieces. I used three white hydrangeas in their bark covered containers and the succulent candle wreaths on the end. After dinner, I gave the centerpieces to Grandma and Auntie Ann.

They should have taken more! I have 24 of the hydrangeas left over and 7 succulents!

It was a lovely dinner with traditional Armenian faire of lamb shish kebob, rice pilaf, grape leaf dolma, and root vegetables.

It was extra special this year with the newlyweds at the table!

Our family is definitely growing.

So far, I have enough plates for everyone!
